Complaints - as well as providing information, we also have powers of redress if you have a specific complaint about Scottish Water or the wider industry.
Campaigns - working with other key industry stakeholders, and wider advisory bodies, we aim to help raise awareness on issues such as the health benefits of drinking water, using water efficiently and tips around the house.
