Waterwatch Scotland replaces the five former regional Water Customer Consultation Panels. As well as having a national remit, we also benefit from new and increased powers to make a difference for customers within the water industry in Scotland. These powers were increased through the Water Services etc. (Scotland) Act 2005.
Waterwatch Scotland will engage with the many varied interests and groupings that are represented within the broad customer range in Scotland.
