This Corporate Plan forms the basis of the Waterwatch Scotland organisational work plan for 2008-09. This period will constitute the third year of Waterwatch Scotland, since it went live with its new role and functions, as from 1st April 2006. As the national complaints handling authority for all domestic and non-domestic customers and consumer representative body for the water industry in Scotland, Waterwatch Scotland aims to benefit Scotland, the public, water customers and the water industry as a whole.
This Corporate Plan seeks to explain how Waterwatch Scotland will face such future challenges as it continues to speak as a robust, independent, evidence-based expert on the water industry.
