South West Scotland

The Convener of Waterwatch Scotland was appointed by Ministers in October 2008 for a two year term. Members are appointed by the Convener for a period of three years.

Membership of the South West Panel is:

	Heather Brash, Convener Following 18 years with Citizens Advice Bureau in Dumfries and Galloway, now works as a consumer representative. Member, Scottish Consumer Council, 1999-2008, and vice-chair 2000-08. Non-executive Board Member, NHS Dumfries and Galloway, since 2004. Within the voluntary sector, is a director of Alcohol and Drugs Support SW Scotland, a management committee member of Relationships Scotland Dumfries and Galloway, and chair of the local village hall committee.
