You may make your complaint or raise your concern with us in a variety of ways. By telephone, email, website contact form, letter or in person by arranging an appointment to visit our office. Given the complexities of complaints we prefer to receive complaints in writing with any supporting documentation which is relevant to your complaint. If it is difficult for you to write and you cannot ask anyone to assist you, we will be happy to assist by summarising your complaint or concern for you.
